First, adjust your grinder to point 0, which corresponds to the completely closed position.<\/p>\n
To verify this, hold the grinder horizontally. If the burrs are open, you will notice that the handle moves and falls to the 6 o’clock position. As you gradually close the burrs, you will adjust the grinding levels. Point zero is the tightest configuration, where the handle stops falling (for example, starting from 9 o’clock). In this position, the burrs firmly hold the handle (if you tighten more, you could reach settings -1, -2, etc., but it is not necessary to apply too much force).
